It all begins with an idea.

CranioSure seeks to improve access to craniofacial care by providing accessible, objective, diagnostic guidance on head shape differences and management confidence to primary care providers and parents.

What is CranioSure?
CranioSure revolutionizes access to craniofacial care by empowering both primary care providers and parents to objectively evaluate a child’s risk for craniosynostosis with an affordable and accessible app on their smartphones. Key app functions include the ability to capture photos of an infant’s head, determine an immediate risk assessment for craniosynostosis, and provide information for the nearest approved craniofacial center.

What is craniosynostosis?

Craniosynostosis results from the premature closure of one or more sutures of the skull. Depending on the number of sutures involved, the severity, and the age at diagnosis, the range of complications can vary, but often include neurodevelopment sequelae.

Who is CranioSure for?

CranioSure focuses on the 3.6 million babies born in the United States each year and the countless medical professionals and parents who care for them.  Using CranioSure, we envision parents empowered to act on their concerns and providers making appropriate referrals efficiently to enhance access to high quality craniofacial care.

CranioSure was born out of our experiences hearing our patient’s stories, which have inspired us to find a way to enhance access to craniofacial care to ensure that each child can live to their full potential.
